INA149: Do we have INA149 automotive level device

Hi Team,

Do we have INA149 automotive degree device as customer previous used INA149 for OBC pre-research and they would to upgrade to automotive level but couldn't found it?

Hi Benjamin ,

The only one that I found that is rated for aerospace and military version is INA149-EP, but the operating temperature is only rated from -55C - 125C. For automotive, you would prefer the operating temperature is up to 150C. So I am not sure that is better options.

Hi Benjamin,

We do not have the INA149 in automotive grade.

We have similar INA148-Q1 automotive, but the common mode range is lower than INA149.
