Hello .

There is a project which I am working on in our University which needs me to simulate the OPA134 model in Mentor Graphics Hyperlynx Software .

OPA134 Spice model is available but please provide me with the IBIS model for OPA134 which would be of great help or please guide me on how to create the IBIS model for it on Hyperlynx.

Hi Sreyas,

IBIS models are specific to digital integrated circuit input and output lines and not analog integrated circuits. Therefore, they are not created for purely analog circuits.

Which model it needs to be converted to ,in order to make it work in Hyperlynx?

How do I go about in converting the SPICE model of OPA134 in order to make it work(simulate) in Mentor Graphics Hyperlynx ?
