Hi Team, 

My customer would like to develop similar to design that we have on www.ti.com/.../opa4277-sp.pdf

XTR105 seems only catalog device, can you please support if we can offer any alternative to XTR105 with rad hard spec?

If not can you please suggest complete alternative design which will be used for Thermocouple measurement with Rad Hard Capabilities.

    Hello Furkan,

    TI does not have an extensive catalog of radiation hardened amplifier products, and those that are available are limited to op amps. According to the 2019 TI Space Products Guide, there are no instrumentation amplifiers, difference amplifiers, current sources, XTRs, etc. which are needed to provide a more discrete temperature sense, to 4 to 20 mA output circuit. As you can see from the XTR105 datasheet Functional Block Diagram on Pg. 2, the XTR105 provides a number of amplifier and current source functions. We do not have a rad hard alternative for it.
