Hi expert,

Do we have any op-amps portfolio that have INPUT TOLERANT function and input/output rail to rail ? (like a NJU77551)

I seems TL074 have INPUT TOLERANT function, because ABS max of input voltage is not depend on Vcc+. But, it is not rail to rail.

    Hello Mukuno-san,

    The OPA348 has rail-to-rail input and output with an input that can exceed the positive supply rail.  For example, if the op amp is turned off, the OPA348 can handle an input voltage that is present on the input.  The use case shown above (5.5V input with 3.3V supply) would also work.

    This feature is not specified in the data sheet.  But, I am working to have some collateral explaining this feature soon.  We can communicate privately if you would like more details.

    Hi Kai,

    That is good to hear!  It is a question we get on occasion and we decided it would be a good idea to put together some content on it.  Of course, nothing is official yet. But, I hope to finish the document, have it approved, and have it available online soon.
