OPA4314: OPA4314 working with single +5V Supply

Part Number: OPA4314
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA314

Hello All,

Is there any issue with working with OPA4314 with a single +5V supply ?

What can be the impact on the performance of the ampop ?

Thank you,

    Hi Bruno,

The OPA4314 should work just fine at 5V.  Some performance might be slightly different than the 5.5V specifications.  But, I don't see any reason to be concerned.

If there is something that worries you in particular, please let me know.

    Regards,
    Daniel

  • Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the feedback ?

Is there any model for ltspice of the OPA4314 ?

i found the tina-spice model but I'm unable to implement the circuit I want there.

    Thank you.

    Hi Bruno,

Unfortunately, we do not make models for LTSPICE.

If you can describe your issue somewhat, I may be able to help you.  We also recently introduced PSPICE for TI, which is a free version of PSPICE.  I know that is somewhat more popular than TINA.  The OPA314, which should be the same as the OPA4314, has a PSPICE model available online.

    Regards,
    Daniel

    Hello Bruno,

Since I haven't heard from you in a few days, I will assume that your questions have been answered.  Let me know if you have any further concerns, especially regarding the simulations.

    Regards,
    Daniel
