hi Sir/Miss,

I am performing electrical analysis on a circuitry using this comparator TLV1702AQDGKRQ1 but could not find the Input Offset Current across -40C to 125C.

May I know what would be the recommended max Input Offset Current across -40C to 125C?

I will use ± 2nA for Input Offset Current, Ios across -40C to 125C ambient temperature.

Just another question, is this ± 2nA Input Offset Current a 6-sigma spread?

We can't really comment on sigma levels but we can say that we would not expect a device to be worse than that.

Noted. In that case, I will assume for Worst Case, ± 2nA is 6-sigma spread since in reality it may be way better than that.
