AMC1211-Q1: Vin goes to GND unexpectedly

My customer sees Vin signal goes to GND under attached configuration.

Could you suggest potential cause for the phenomenon?

Hi Nobuo,

why is V1 referenced to GND1? By this you no longer have the protective isolation provided by the AMC1211!! This is dangerous!! V1 should be referenced to GND2, without any connection to GND1.

Hi Tom-san,

Sorry for confusing.

It's just naming error, GND2 and GN1 is isolated and VIN is referenced to GND2, I will share actual schematic as I get from customer in separate mail.

When ignoring literal error, is there anything suspicious which may cause VIN to *** to static level?
