OPA810: Connection of the NC Pins in the SOIC-8 case

Hi all,

i want to you use the OPA810 in the SOIC-8 case. There are three pins which are labeled as NC. The datasheet says, that theses pins have no internal connection. 

Want i wanna know is: Do i have to connect these 3 pins to ground or should i leave this pins opened/floatend? 

I hope you can help me and thanks a lot for the answer.
