OPA4191: protection on incorrect connection on output

Part Number: OPA4191
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Hi,

I'm simulating a corrent loop isolated circuit with output settable between -20mA/+20mA, -10mA/+10mA or +20mA.
The circuit is also used as a voltage generator by inserting a 500R shunt into the current loop (-10V/+10V)
As op amp I use an Opa4191 powered by a dual dc/dc with -12V/+12V 1W total output (Iout max 80mA/-80mA)
In the output I always use 1/4 of Opa4191 with a 20 ohm protection resistor inserted and a bidirectional TVS with 15Vdc voltage.
The TVS protects me against any transient overvoltage.
I also have two diodes connected between the output and the opamp supply voltages (+12V and -12V) to clamp any voltage higher than the supply voltage.
However, I am not protected against incorrect connection. If a 27Vdc battery voltage is connected between the two output poles, the TVS will probably destroy itself after a few seconds and the dc/dc will not be able to clamp this voltage.
Which solutions can I adopt to protect the output or which dedicated Op-amp can I use instead of Opa4191?
