AMC1302: Problem with oscillation in output signal of AMC1302

Part Number: AMC1302

Hello,

We use the mentioned part in a 3x SiC-bridge configuration to measure the phase currents. On some ICs we measure a 600kHz oscillation in the output signal - it seems to be random over the phases and the units. Some units work very well.

If we measure the output signal P->GND and N->GND we see, that only the N->GND will show the oscillation.

When we change the IC there is a chance, that the problem will disappear, but in some case the problem is still present.

I send you a detailed documentation of our measurements as attachment - please see here our evaluations.

Do you think this could be a normal tolerance?
Is this a defect of some IC (e.g. ESD)
