I’m looking into HVSSOP package in particular, I think that should be THS4061IDGNR for the full MPN.

Ok, might be able to estimated the thermal impedance looking at the derating info. 

Assume the power reduction from 70C to 85C is trying to hold the Tj constant, then that 1.37W to 1.11W going up 15C ambient solves to an implied 55C/W thermal impedance with the powerpad soldered into a heat spreading plane. 

Then using 55C/W and just the absolute 1.37W at 70C implies a max temp hiding behind these specs of 145C = Tj. Seems high, but the absmax table says Tj max =150C so seems consistent.

Will look into getting this info measured for the DGN package, usually takes around 1-2 weeks but could possibly longer due to the holidays.
