I would like to plot V/I characteristics of components on a populated PCB using INA260 along with additional voltage input measurement . Any help/guidance appreciated

The only hardware/software available for this device is on the INA260EVM hardware page. Here you can find the INA260EVM hardware and software to communicate with the INA260EVM. You could connect the communication to your PCB.
