LM324LV: Vos characterization at high Vcm

Using full temperature max Vos and min CMRR,

At mid-rail and temperature Vos is +/-5mV and 5.5V minimum CMRR is 63dB. That is 0.707mV/V

From a 5.5V mid rail which is 2.75V to max VCM which is 5.5V - 1V = 4.5V makes a difference of 1.75V

So add another 1.75V * 0.707mV/V = 1.24mV

Final Vos maximum is +/-6.24mV

That only assumes CMRR response is first order (linear)
