TLE2062M-D: Maximum Voltage Swing for a +/- 9V Supply

Part Number: TLE2062M-D

Using a +/- 9V Supply, what is the achievable maximum voltage swing?

  • Hello Christian,

With the 39 pages of redundant electrical characteristics it is no wonder that this would be a question.

The output voltage relative to the power rails will be based on the output current (little change with VCC value). For example the typical VOM+ for 10k load and +/-5V VCC is 3.7V (so that is an example of a 370uA output current with a result of VCC+ - 1.3V. So a 370uA output current at +/-9V would be 9V - 1.3V = 7.7V

With two VCC values, and two load values that gives 4 output currents that are specified in the data sheet. Is the application load current near any of the data sheet currents?

If the question is based on a worry about too much output swing, then that would require a completely different answer.

  • Hi Ronald,

Thank you for your response. The customer like the current consumption, footpint, temp range, high input impedance and J-FET input of TLE2062M, Do we have a similar device that can operate at a voltage range of at least +/- 9VDC with rail to rail output?

    Regards,

    Danilo

  • Danilo,

There are zero results for that search. If I lower supply to +/-8V then two results are found. TLC2262AM, TLC2252M. CDIP8

If I include all packages, then OPA2171-EP would work.

  • Hi Ronald,

Thank you very much for your suggestions.

    Regards,

    Danilo
