uA current sensing with very low value shunt resistor.

Hi,

I'm searching for a solution to precisely measure uA currents. Unfortunately, the value of the shunt resistor should be no more than 0.1 ohm.  Preferably high side measurement. Could you please advise if there is a current sense amplifier suitable for this purpose?

Thanks,

Gabor
