Hi,

What is the maximum voltage of HV+ that can be used, when using AMC1302 in phase current measurement for BLDC motor current sensing application.

Can we use 20Khz PWM switching.

    The absolute maximum ratings of the device can be seen in table 6.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings.

    When doing in phase measurements, having a power supply for the high side of the device that tracks the phase measurement is necessary. This ensures that the input voltage is within the common-mode voltage range. If this is a challenge, I recommend looking at the AMC3302. This device has similar analog characteristics but includes and integrated DC/DC converter for powering the high side. 

    In terms of absolute voltage magnitude between the high side and the low side, that is defined by working voltage, which is 1500Vrms.
