The LMX339 is from Maxim. If you need the model for that device, please contact Maxim directly.

Our LMV339 or LMV339-N would be our equivalent. You can find the SPICE model under the Design tools & simulation tab in the LM339-N product folder.

For an improved device, consider the LM339LV. It also has a model.
