    Hi Leonid,

     This voltage sensing excel calculator can help you with your AMC1211-Q1 accuracy calculation: 

    I assume that you want to know the TLV313-Q1's error contribution as well. You can simply take the PPM/percentage error values from the calculator for the AMC1211-Q1, then add the gain error (due to Rf and Rg tolerance) and offset error (found in the TLV313-Q1 datasheet).Then you can RSS all of the error contributions together to finish the calculation.
