LM139-MIL: Main difference between 7700801CA and M38510/11201BCA

Part Number: LM139-MIL

Hi Team, seeking for your assistance, we are trying to sort out this 2 part number. Upon checking the only visible difference between the 2 is the price. Hoping for your inputs.

Thank you very much.

  • Hi Mark,

    The 7700801CA is a LM139JB

    The M38510/11201BCA is a JM38510/11201BCA

The 77008 and The M38510/ are "SMD" numbers, and should be referred to the SMD datasheet:

     https://landandmaritimeapps.dla.mil/Downloads/MilSpec/Smd/77008.pdf

    In the SMD datasheet, page 11, it states 7700801CA = LM139JB = M38510/11201BCA

    Both are tested to MIL-STD-883.

The "JM" part numbers can only be ordered by their JM part number, so they must be marked differently than the dual marked LM139JB.

As far as I can tell, they are identical, with the different part number markings differing on top (see the "Device Marking" column in the LM139-MIL datasheet) - so they are two separate devices with different part numbers - and thus two different prices.
