Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA290, TINA-TI, INA195
Is there already a pspice model for INA280 or a model that behaves similar.

Hello.
Welcome to the forum. The INA280 simulation model is still in development, but should be released within a couple weeks.
The INA290 is very similar to the INA280 so you can use this one in the mean time. The only difference is that the INA290 has more accurate DC specs such as offset and gain error.
Sincerely,
Peter
I have seen that there is only a TINA-TI model for the INA290, but I am using PSpice for simulating my circuit.
Is there an PSpice Model for INA290?
Sincerely
Florian
Hi Florian,
why not simulating the INA290 section with TINA-TI?
Divide and conquer :-)

Hi Kai,
the current shunt monitor is part of a control loop. So I can't easily simulate it separately.
I am now using the model of INA195 to get a similar signal for the current. The bandwidh of the current signal is quite low, so i think it does net make a big difference.
It will be part of the first measures to check stability of the circuit.
