INA191: maximum voltage noise density and plots over temperature

Part Number: INA191

Hello,

My customer is considering INA191 for new optical module design.

Voltage noise density is critical factor for their design.

Though the datasheet states typical voltage noise density is 75nV/(Hz^0.5), they would like to know maximum value and plots over temperature.

Is it possible to provide the requested data?

Best regards,

K.Hirano

  • Hello Kazuhiko,

These are not test we have data for currently. Much of the noise spectrum can be attenuated with a simple RC filter on the output and/or digital filtering with the ADC. I would not expect the noise density to increase dramatically over temperature. I would approximate the six sigma increase in the noise to be about 20%.

    Sincerely,

    Peter
