Hi Fatma,

We are in the process of creating SPICE models for these devices. In the mean time, TINA-TI can be used to simulate, or the TINA-TI can be converted to generic SPICE using the methods shown in this video:training.ti.com/how-convert-tina-ti-model-generic-spice-model
