OPA392: Is a spice model available for the forthcoming OPA392 part

Normally John, in transimpedance you want a decompensated op amp to get lower noise and high gain or BW. You might look at the LMP7717 also. 

Thanks for the suggestions for parts. This design has to work across a wide temperature range with a large photodiode, so I'm particularly sensitive to input offset voltage drift and maximum bias current up to 85C. Given that, do you have any other part suggestions? The OPA140, bootstrapped, has almost enough bandwidth for my needs.

You still did not say what is the supply voltage you use - LMP7721 has the lowest IB over temperature but only you can decide the trade-off between IB and Vos.

I want a 4.8V-5V full scale signal, but that could be changed. A 5.5V rail-to-rail op amp that works well with +5V/-0.5V supplies would be manageable. I'm currently working with +/-5V supplies.

The issue with the LMP7721 is the high offset voltage drift. With the photodiodes I'm using, 2uV at the input is 1LSB at my ADC. 12pA of leakage is also 1LSB. This is why the OPA392 looks very attractive, with about as low of offset drift as I've seen outside of choppers, but also very low leakage current, low noise, and adequate bandwidth.

The OPA392 model is producing some odd behavior in LTSpice. Its output DC operating point can sit outside the rails.

Here's a sample. (Note: This is not my transimpedance circuit, just a DC operating point servo.)

Yes, 918V output on +/-2.75V supplies might be a bit high... :)  Perhaps it's time to try Tina-TI...
