TLV2371: Replacement Device and Comparison

Part Number: TLV2371
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV9151

Hi folks,

I am currently using the TLV2371IDBV which is obsolete. Is this device being replaced with the alternatives below?

I saw there were some electrical differences between the TLV2371IDBV and the devices below (ex: 6000uV versus 4500uV). Can you highlight the additional differences between the TLV2371IDBV and the options below?

  • "TLV2371IDBV" is not obsolete; it is just an incomplete part number.

The "T" and "R" suffixes stand for "small tape & reel" and "large tape & reel" carrier options; the actual chips do not change. There are no electrical differences whatsoever.

The maximum offset voltage at 25 °C is 4.5 mV; over the entire temperature range, 6 mV. This has never changed.

  • Hi Alpha,

I agree with Clemens. However, I would also consider the TLV9151 as a replacement device. The TLV9151 is a newer, better performance, lower cost device. You can see a comparison of the TLV9151 and TLV2371 here.

    Thank you,

    Tim Claycomb
