OPA856: Using the OPA856 with a buffered voltage divider and DC bias

I want to simulate a OPA856 with a buffered voltage divider as shown in the picture below. The desired gain is ~5600 and the capacitator was dimensioned to create kind of a bandpass between 3 and 19kHz. As single supply is used an offset voltage of 2,5V is applied to the + input (otherwise the minimum Vcm is not guaranteed?). However, the AC plot does not look like expected. For low frequencies i would expect a gain of 0dB rising to 75dB maximum and the pol frequency of 19kHz does not match. Could you please help with that? Thanks in advance.
