Could you tell me each width and length of THS4541QWRGTRQ1 thermal pad size for making its layout.

I need the red line width and length in lower figure, Or if any other parameters for thermal pad size, please let me know its value.

Hello Ochi,

You can use a 1.66x1.66 square pad for your layout.

Hi Hasan,

I understood we can make our layout 1.66*1.66 square for its thermal pad connection.

Could you give the detailed length and width (in upper figure ① and ②)?
