OPA818: OPA818

Part Number: OPA818

Hello,

I am using the OPA818 as a transimpedance amplifier - AC coupled to the PD. (See attached schematics).

I am using the Power ON/Power Off feature for reducing power dissipation in the circuit. It should go from OFF to ON in less than 1uS.

What I am seeing  - at the output - is that going from Off to On it "jumps" to 6V (positive power supply) stays there for some microseconds

and then "go" slowly towards 2.4V. (See attached).

Any suggestions how to avoid this.

Giora
