Hi TI expert

Hi Li Chen,
I do not have all the answers for you currently. I have to ask our engineers who are familiar with the markings in the product.
Here is what I found out so far.
1) “B” Grade is 100% tested for noise figure. The B grade is higher grade, which it has lower noise specification, see the captured image below (I was told that A grade was also 100% tested in noise figure, but I need to reconfirm the information tomorrow.).
2) Marking for TLC2201AMJG and TLC2201AMJGB will be different , see the image below.
3) “M” suffix denotes device is characterized for operation over military temp range, which is defined in the datasheet.
TLC2201AMJG should indicate A grade, TLC2201BMJG should indicate B grade. However, I have not found out the definition of last letter "B" stands for. I will update the information for you tomorrow, when I have it.
Best,
Raymond
Hi Raymond
Thank you for you replying.
Waiting for your update information.
Thanks and Best regards,
Thomas
Hi Li Chen,
I am still working on your request, except I have to find right engineer or department to get the relevant device marking information.
All TLC2201AMJG (A grade) and TLC2201BMJG (B grade) devices are 100% tested for noise specification. We believed that the last letter designation in TLC2201AMJGB device marking may have something to do with a specific process requirements to meet the Mil-compliance. Sorry for the delay, and I will post the information as soon as I have it.
Best,

Hi Li Chen,
As we previous indicated, TLC2201AMJGB part is "A" grade part, and the part with added B suffix means that the all processing, screening, quality conformance and inspection are in conformance with MIL-STD-883 test method standard.
If you have additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Raymond
