the compartor was fail in parameter Input offset voltage insted 2.5mV we got 13mV only in one compartor .
do you know the reson of the failure of the compartor in Input offset voltage?
do you have history of failure in this parameter?
a maximum input offset voltage 7mV (at 25º )
Test condition (5V vcc - vee=0v) TA= 25º
