OPA547: ESD rating and Operating Temperature

Hello Team,

My customer is looking for the ESD rating of OPA547. Can you share this information with us? Also, the website shows that this device operating temperature is –40°C to +85°C, while the datasheet shows –40°C to +125°C. Which is correct?

    Hello Renan,

    I am going to have to try contacting our PRAMPS Quality and Reliability Engineer department and see if they can access the OPA547 ESD information. I don't have access to it. I'll post whatever is provided to us.

    The website listing of the Operating Temperature range as (C) -40 to 85 is incorrect. There were occasional transcription errors made when the product website pages were set up. The governing document is the OPA547 datasheet, and in particular the Electrical Characteristics table. It lists the OPA547 Specified and Operating Temperatures as seen below. The Operating Temperature is the same temperature range you show from the Absolute Maximum Ratings table on PG. 2.

    Hello Renan,

    I received a response from our CQE regarding the OPA547 ESD rating. The only information that was found is the Human Body Model (HBM) test results which passed 2 kV. I hope this is useful.
