And PIN 8 can connect to GND or not

Yes, this will work. (Several datasheet specifications are measured at G = 1.)

There is no pin 8. If you mean the tab, section 10.1.2 says:

The tab of both packages is electrically connected to the negative supply, V–.

Hi Minki,

Clemens has replied to your inquiry with Gain = 1 as a buffer, assume OPA548 is driving resistive load with C_load up to 1nf.

Hi Minki,

Clemens pretty well answered your questions. Additionally, do note as with nearly all op amps the OPA548power op amp may require compensation if the intended output load is a high capacitance.
