Dear Sirs

Is there a webpage link to the available spice libraries? In addition, I have 2 libraries, REF5010 and TPS73133 that are missing the .TLD files. Could you send me a link to download these files? I also need the spice model for the REF5050. Thank you for your time.

Hi Dennis,

From the TI.com web page, you can perform a search for REF5050 (or the product), and click on the product name "REF5050".

Once in the REF5050 landing page, you can click on the "Design & Development" button.

Once there, select "Design tools and simulation" This page will display the REF50XX models and links.

Regarding the TPS73133 voltage regulator, unfortunately I do not have detailed information on this model.

You have reached the amplifier forum. Please submit a query on the Power Management forum where the proper applications engineer will provide the detailed information about the voltage regulator.

Hi Dennis,

The following article provides instructions to generating .TLD files from the .LIB file. You can use this to generate the .TLD file from the unencrypted PSpice model for any device including the TPS73133 model.

The instructions require a professional licensed TINA to access the Library Manager.

Hi Dennis,

I do not have the industrial license but I am still able to get a simulation running in TINA. What I did was go to Tools - New Macro Wizard - {select the .LIB file from the TI.com website}

Then click Next to get the component onto your schematic. I was able to draw the schematic and simulate the output. Let me know if this does not work for you on your end.

This is what I did and it seemed to work. What is your confidence in the macro model as apposed to the spice model?
