LMH32404-Q1: My application mounts an APD array in a package beside the LMH32404.

The circuit includes an APD array, internal package traces to a package pins, then a trace to an 0201 resistor, then a trace to the LMH32404 input pin.

Do you have charts of how the inductance and capacitance associated with the LMH32404 input affects the LMH32404 performance?

Do you have a Spice Model of the LMH32404 that can be used in this investigation?

    Hello Archie B, 

       This part is still in preview, but you should be able to use the LMH32401 datasheet figures at 20k gain and its sim model (set the gain to 20k). The difference between the two parts is that LMH32401 is a single channel and non-automotive version of the LMH32404-Q1, and has a gain selection configuration of 2kOhms as well. Figures 2 and 4 in the LMH32401 datasheet has variation in input capacitance with its frequency performance which will be similar to the LMH32404-Q1.
