LMH6703: Issue with PSpice Model

Hi,

I downloaded the PSpice model for LMH6703C from the TI website "snom578" and I added the model to the Allegro CIS library. I created a simple circuit to test the model, however, I received an error. Here is a snapshot of the circuit I built and the error:
