INA231: Common mode voltage and input bias current of IN+, IN- pins

Part Number: INA231

Hi,

In the INA231 datasheet, there is a common mode voltage vs. bias current plot (Fig. 13).

Is this the common mode voltage for the IN+ and IN- pins?

In my application, the IN+ and IN- pins are sitting close to 0V (low side current sense) to monitor a very low current (250µA). But I'm using the BUS pin to measure a different 5V supply.

Will the BUS pin sitting at 5V mean that the common mode voltage is no longer <82mV? And therefore will it mean that the input bias currents into the IN+ and IN- be higher than expected?

Thank you.
