TLV4314-Q1: Supply current missing in datasheet

Hi,

I was not able to locate the supply current or Icc for TLV4314QPWRQ1 in datasheet.

Also for calculating the power dissipation, can I consider the following:

Iq = 250uA/ch --> Iq_total = 4*250uA

Ibias = 1pA --> Ibias_total = 1pA * 2 *4 = 8pA (for 2 inputs and 4 channels)??

Icc = missing in datasheet

I_total = Iq_total + Ibias_total + Icc

Pd = I_total * Vcc

Please correct if wrong.

Hi Sunney,

The current consumption is listed in the datasheet on page 8 as Iq (quiescent current).

For power dissipation I recommend taking a look at our TI Precision Lab Videos on Power and Temperature. The videos discuss in detail how to calculate the power dissipation of your circuit.
