Hi ,

I can't find LMX331AUK+T (SOT-23-5,5P) Rthjc data in datasheet, please help to provide it, thanks.

    It is a little unusual to find a junction to case spec for a package that does not have a heat slug.  The LMV331 is also quite a low power device.  May I ask why you are seeking this information.  I would think the junction to ambient value of 206C / W would suffice for most use cases.  I think it is probably best that we take this offline and I will see how I can best support you.  So I will close this thread on the forum and send you a direct email.

    Hello Jim,

    The LMX331AUK+T is a Maxim device, so you will have to contact Maxim directly.

    There are differences in the die and materials between manufacturers, so our LMV331 thermals may be different.
