I bought a IC LM321LVIDCKR Qty 3000pcs from TI store on 14-Jan.
finally my factory informed me that around 60% doesn't work.

did you buy the LM321 from an authorized TI distributor?

LM321LV is an op amp. It amplifies the difference between the two input voltages if properly powered. If it is not working, then it will not amplify. Is the output incorrect based on the two input voltages?
