LM2907-N: Capacitor ratings

I was wondering what the max voltage the capacitors will receive (C1 and C2) when run in the configuration shown in Figure 15.

    Hi Michael,

    Maximum voltage C1 in Figure 15 is approx. Vcc/2, however, due to transient and charging/discharging effects, I would double the voltage rating to approx. 2Vcc or >=25Vdc or higher in Figure 15. 

    C2 max.DC value could reach close to (0.75*Vcc -1) or 10.25Vdc, where Vcc=15V, and ripple voltage is riding on top of DC value. However, I will also place over approx. 2X of Vcc or >25Vdc over 15Vcc configuration.
