Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1701, TLV1704
I can not find any documentation on what process the TLV1701-Q1 is built on. Is it built on the BICOM3xHV process? If not, what process is it built on?

Hi Chris,
it's "High-Speed BICMOS":

Kai,
Thanks for the info. I was hoping for a specific TI process name. The TLV1704 is built on the BICOM3xHV process, so I figured that the TLV1701 might also be built with this process.

Hello Chris,
We do not really want to give out too much detail, as this is considered proprietary information.
But, yes, all the TLV1701/2/4 are all on the BICOM3XHV process, which is a Bi-CMOS process (BJT & MOSFET available - and it uses both)
And for you next question...30-300 transistors... :^)
