    INA181 is a current sense amplifier that belongs to a different product line.  Why are you looking to replace INA181?  Are you trying to create a discrete difference amplifier solution using one of our op amps like TLV376?  If so, a better part, especially for a high side current sensing, would be to use OPA391 or OPA392.
