LMP2012QML-SP: Part Number / Ordering Optiosn

Part Number: LMP2012QML-SP

I’m trying to understand the differences in these part numbers. I couldn’t find it on any datasheets. Would you please describe the differences in the parts?

LMP2012WGLLQMLV (5962L0620602VZA)

    Hi Steve,

    There are several versions of the part with different radiation sensitivity specs. The difference lies in what the parts are qualified to.

    5962-0620601VZA = not Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) qualified. Same part as LMP2012WG-QMLV.

    5962L0620601VZA = meets RHA levels under MIL-PRF-38535. Is not qualified as Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitivity (ELDRS) free, and thus could exhibit ELDRS. Same part as LMP2012WGL-QMLV.

    5962L0620602VZA = meets RHA levels under MIL-PRF-38535. Considered ELDRS free under MIL-STD-883, Method 1019, paragraph 3.13.1.1. Same part as LMP2012WGLL-QMLV.
