If anyone have the data about electrical characteristic of ESD diode in input port of OPA743, let me share.
I just have allowable input voltage and current spec. in datasheet, so I need more information for my application as attached below.
If anyone can let me know this application can possible to use OPA743, answer to me, can OP-AMP protect this pulse for programming of hall sensor ?
progamming pulse likes as upper figure. pulse width(tactive) = 40us
VCC(Supply voltage of OP-AMP) = 5V.
VP(LOW) = Max 5.5V
