TCAN334: What about TX & RX voltage

Part Number: TCAN334
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCAN1044A-Q1, TCAN1042-Q1

Hi  Team,

I want to find a can phy's TXRX withstand voltage could be 5V!

Because customer MCU is 5V! Does TCAN334 meet this need?

Or could you  recommend another solution ,THX

  • Kygo,

We have an entire portfolio of 5V CAN transceivers, as this is the typical use case. If the customer doesn't need specific functions on the TCAN334, I would recommend TCAN1042-Q1 or TCAN1044A-Q1. If there are specific requirements of this transceiver beyond the 5V logic level, please let me know and we can get a better 5V CAN transceiver fit.

    Regards,
