TAS2555YZEVM: [PPC3] Can't operate TAS2555EVM

Part Number: TAS2555YZEVM

Hello to whom it may concern

Now TAS2555EVM can't operate at PPC3.
System check is OK.
Next I worked at "Tuning and Audio Processing",however it can't complete "Updating components..." even after 10 minutes.

I used the "AAC_DMSP1217P-J-01_v1_3.ppc3" file.

The version is below.

Could you please tell me why it can't operate?

    We will check this out. Could you please re-upload your pictures? Seems that something went wrong and they're not available.
    Have you been using TAS255EVM along with PPC3 in the same system (PC) before without problems?

     Previously it worked normally.

     However, the version of PPC3 is different from the previous version.
     And PC became new one.

    Gk110,

    Are you running other applications while running PPC3? If you do could you please close all other applications just to make sure there is no interaction between PPC3 and other applications.
    Is there any other EVM connected the USB ports?
    Could you please try the following:
    - Close the app.
    - Disconnect USB and power down the EVM.
    - Power up the EVM.
    - Connect the USB.
    - Open PPC3 app.
