Hello,

Our customer order the part LM4819MX.Now they had a test for the parts ,and the Test Result show that lead content exceeding standard.But the Taiwan TI Product line Manager said the part could be PB-free materials according to the marking.Could you pls advise the date code?Also pls advise if it is a part number with Pb-free.

It seems that this part is PB-Free. You can refer the Packaging Information section in the amplifier's datasheet or the next page: Material Content search to find this information.

Hello,

Can you tell me the correct marking about the part LM4819MX .I don't find the information about LM4819MX.I only found LM4819MX/NOPB in the datasheet.Also I find the marking is "NS" on the parts' surface,not "TI".
Our customer order the LM4819MX,and I don't know the part should be PB-free or not.
Can you help me reconfirm the problem?

Sorry,I don't find the information what I asked.I only want to know the part LM4819M should be PB-free or not.Can you suggest me what diffrence between LM4819M and LM4819M/NOPB?

Hi,

As I attached, you can confirm whether the device is pb-free or not from material content search.

For this case, it says "Y" for Green Status. This means the device should be pb-free.

I don't know the difference between two part number, you described. Because these are not valid part number we can buy from TI.
