LMV7219: Circuit problem with "LMV7219" comparator?

Dear sir,

I have some problem with the LMV7219 circuit.

I want to make a PWM generator to generator a 13.56Mhz square wave.I make the circuit on the PCB.

And then I get this waveform.

In the waveform the rise time part is not good.

what is the problem of the circuit?And how can I improve that?

Please help me to slove this problem,thank you!!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.That I find the problem where it is.My Oscilloscope voltage probe setting is at the wrong bandwidth.

But now i have another question.This is the waveform that I see on the Oscilloscope.

How can I eliminate the ringing on my circuit?

Hi,

Is this for an audio application? If you could provide a clear schematic that would also be helpful. We would recommend increasing the value of your resistors by a factor of 10 since the small resistor values lead to the devices driving large amounts of current. Also, make sure the ground lead you are using with the probe for the measurement is short such as a short ground spring lead.
