Thanks for your time, i have some question for TIDA-01063 reference design. for amplifer error budgeting section, i'm try to find input offset voltage/output offset voltage and other parameters in INA188 datasheet, but i didn't find related parameters. can you show me more details for that data in above form?
Also how to calculate best case absolute error and worst case absolute error? Can i have your calculate processing or excel (Math-CAD) form? Thank you.
Kindly have a look in INA188 datasheet page 5 & page of 6 for specification. The offset voltage is computed with tempco drift error for 85°C.
Vos = Vos(nom) [1+ (Vos(drift)*(85-25)]
Best case error is RMS value of all computed error as error are uncorrelated, In worst case we assume all error are having summing effect so we take sum of all error's computed
