Hi Ryuji,
The THS9000 current supply is 100mA for the condition with Vs = 5V and R(bias) = 237ohms, L(col) = 470nH. This can also be seen on Figure 10 of the datasheet.
The uPC3237T is more applicable as a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) in the receive signal chain with P1dB of -5.5dBm. However, this is too low a signal for the ADC full scale to detect. So, you would need to boost up the signal using an amplifier in the IF band having a higher P1dB to better handle power and maintain signal linearity. The P1dB of THS9000 is 20.8dBm in-comparison with -5.5dBm of the uPC3237T. However, with higher power handling capability comes higher supply current. That's the reason why THS9000 supply current is higher than uPC3237T because of P1-dB.
Please let us know if you would need more information.
Best Regards,
Rohit
