TLV342 Absolute maximum ratings of Input voltage range

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV342

I have some questions about the absolute maximum rating of TLV342.

Our customers use the TLV342 to half-wave rectifier circuit.
The power supply voltage V + = is 2.5V.
They began the evaluation.
The IN- and IN + there is a possibility that -200mV is applied.

The absolute maximum rating of the data sheet of TLV342, has been described as follows.
    Input voltage range, VI (either input) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0 to 5.5 V
The features of the data sheet of TLV342 has been described as follows.
    Wide Common-Mode Input Voltage Range . . . −0.2 V to (V+ − 0.5 V)

[Questions]
Is it possible to voltage applied to -200mV to the input terminal?
If it can be applied to -200mV to the input terminal, How many Absolute Maximum Ratings?

Best regards.
